摘要
针对续建工程原有基础底板的结构特点,采用植筋和钢锚板代替植筋穿孔塞焊等工艺,有效增强了新老底板间的连接能力,提高了新底板抗滑移能力。钢柱脚下安装钢支撑架及设置约束定位环板,有效保证了钢柱脚的安装质量和锚筋垂直度。采取多种抗裂措施,养护后的大体积混凝土无明显裂缝。
According to the characteristics of existing foundation slab of extension project,processes of bonded rebar and steel anchor plate are adapted to replace piercing plug welding,the old and new foundation connections force is enhanced and the new foundation slab slip resistance is improved effectively. Meanwhile,steel supports and location ring plate are installed below the steel column base,and the installation quality of the steel column base and verticality of anchor bar are ensured effectively.Multiple measures are taken to resist crack, no obvious cracks are found in mass concrete after maintenance.
