摘要
以某超高层建筑的内爬外挂塔式起重机循环组合挂架现场测量结果为基础,对其在塔式起重机负载运行和自身爬升过程中的受力特点进行分析。分析结果表明,塔式起重机在运行过程中,截面边缘纤维的应力均小于所用钢材的屈服强度设计值,满足设计的使用要求;爬升过程中塔式起重机受力更不利。作用时间较短的大应力并不影响塔式起重机的正常使用。
Based on a tall building project,the mechanism of the internal-climbing external-hanging tower crane at the conditions of load-running and self-climbing is analyzed. The practice shows that during the operation of tower crane,the stress of the cross section of the fiber is less than the yield strength of the steel,which can meet the design requirements. Large stress at short acting time does not affect the normal use of the tower crane.
