摘要
海南陵水某度假酒店工程1号塔楼封闭箱形转换层采用逆作法施工,有效解决了夹层内模板支撑拆除难题,缩短了工期。针对施工过程中转换层大体积混凝土梁钢筋密集,特别是梁内较宽洞口及其下方无法振捣的难点,采用自密实高性能混凝土一次性浇筑,并预埋振动棒投放钢管,辅以小型振动棒振实,保证了转换梁的施工整体性及质量。
The closed box type transfer floor of tower building No. 1 of a resort hotel in Lingshui county adopts reverse construction method,which effectively solves the problem of removing the interlayer framework support and shortens the construction period. Secondly in the construction process of dense reinforcement bars of large volume concrete beam,especially beams within a wide hole and below to vibration phenomenon,which uses high performance self-compacting concrete and embed a vibrator on the steel tube with supplementing by a small vibrator,it ensures the conversion girder construction integrity and quality.
