摘要
采用铝电解阳极块、复合炭球为还原剂替代木炭生产工业硅,并对其使用量进行摸索,找出最优使用比例,从而拓宽还原剂的选择和使用渠道,解决硅冶炼木炭还原剂使用的瓶颈问题,项目的实施证明该工艺技术是可行的。
To replace charcoal with aluminum electrolysis anode blocks and compound carbon-containing pellet as reductant in industrial grade silicon smelting production, find out the usage amount and use ratio of these two kinds of reductant, thus extending the channel of reductant choice and use. It can resolve the bottleneck problem of the charcoal use as reductant. Implementation of this project proved that the technology is feasible.
