基于虚拟样机技术的汽车等速驱动轴传动效率的分析 被引量:3

Transmission efficiency analysis of automotive constant velocity drive shaft based on virtual prototype technology

摘要 构建了由TJ-82三枢轴式万向节和BJ-83球笼式万向节组成的汽车等速驱动轴总成的三维实体模型,应用ANSYS对芯轴做柔性处理并导入ADAMS中,建立了刚柔耦合动力学模型对其进行动力学仿真,通过对等速驱动轴进行模拟,结果表明,等速驱动轴具有等速性,而且随着轴间夹角增大,传动效率降低,能量损失越严重。 A three-dimensional model of constant velocity drive shaft assembly composed of a TJ-82 tripot universal joint and a BJ-83 ball-cage type constant velocity joint was established. The intermediate spindle treated of flexible processing using ANSYS was imported into ADAMS. The rigid and soft coupled dynamics model was established for dynamic simulation. The simulation results of constant velocity drive shaft showed that constant velocity drive shaft was constant, and the transmission efficiency was reduced, the energy loss was serious with axial angle increased.
