圆锥破碎机破碎腔分区模型及物料运动规律研究

摘要 为了更准确地分析散体物料在破碎腔内的运动规律,通过对物料下落运动过程的研究,提出了判断物料下落终止条件,建立了基于物料运动规律的破碎腔分区模型。研究了各分区内物料的运动特性,给出了有效冲程和有效压缩比的精确计算方法,并以GP11F型圆锥破碎机F腔型为例,依据其工艺参数对破碎腔分区建模,得到了物料在破碎过程中的破碎次数、破碎位置及下落速度的变化规律。通过试验验证了模型的合理性,为分析破碎产品的质量和产量及腔型优化提供了理论基础。 In order to analyze the kinematics characteristics of granular materials in the cone crusher chamber more accurately, the falling termination criterion of materials was studied through the research of falling motion. A model for cone crusher chamber partition was established. Furthermore, the kinematics characteristics of rock materials in the different sub-regions were studied, as well as an accurate calculation method for the effective stroke and compression ratio. A GP11 F cone crusher with an F chamber was set as an example. The F chamber was set as an example to be partitioned modeled according to the technological parameters. The variation law of the numbers and locations of crushing were obtained when the particles transport get through the crusher chamber. The feasibility of model was verified by the experiments of physical prototype. All these tasks provided the theoretical basis for the quality improvement and output increasing, as well as crusher chamber profile optimization.
