摘要 运用层次分析法确立了以感性词汇为基础的产品可用性多级指标模型,然后构建判断矩阵并求解计算出各指标的权重,在此基础上通过目标用户人群对产品进行的模糊综合评价得到产品总体可用性分值,从而了解产品可用性状况。以老年人智能手表为例,建立了一种基于感性评价的产品可用性评估体系,并运用感性工学理论分析了老年人电子产品的可用性,为产品的设计与改进提供指导。 A multilevel index model of product usability based on the perceptual vocabulary was established by analytic hierarchy process,the judgment matrix was calculated to get the weight value of each index. Then the total score of the product usability was obtained through product fuzzy comprehensive evaluation by the target users,also the overall situation of the product usability can be known. A product usability evaluation system based on perceptual evaluation was established by taking smart watch for the elderly as an example and the usability of electronic products for the elderly was analyzed by kansei engineering theory. Thus the guidance can be provided for the product design and improvement.
