CO_2饱和条件下水热合成LaPO_4纳米线的实验 被引量:1

Experimental Research on Hydrothermal Synthesis of Lanthanum Phosphate Nanowire Under CO_2-saturated Condition

摘要 稀土磷酸盐La PO4功能材料的性能取决于晶体结构、形貌和晶粒大小等因素,而不同制备方法又影响其晶体结构、形貌和晶粒大小。本文采用La(NO3)3·6H2O和(NH4)2HPO4作为实验初始物,分别在不含CO2条件下水热合成了La PO4纳米棒和在CO2饱和条件下水热合成了La PO4纳米线。结果表明,与不含CO2的常规水热合成方法相比,CO2饱和水热条件下合成的La PO4的XRD衍射峰更尖锐、结晶度更好,且该方法合成的La PO4纳米线尺寸均匀、长径比大、晶界清晰。 Properties of the rare earth phosphate La PO4 functional materials depend on the crystal structure, morphology, grain size and other factors. Moreover, preparation method affects the crystal structure, morphology, and grain size of La PO4. In this paper, La(NO3)3·6H2O and(NH4)2HPO4 were used as initial reaction materials to prepare nanowires and nanoparticals under CO2-free condition and CO2-saturated condition, respectively. Compared with CO2-free condition, it turns out that, the as-synthesized La PO4 samples possess more sharp diffraction peak as well as better crystallinity under CO2-saturated condition. What's more, La PO4 nanowires are characterized by uniform size, big length/diameter ratio and clearer grain boundary.
