摘要
反极性弱等离子弧增材制造具有制造周期短、制造成本低、工件可靠性强等特点,具有广阔的应用前景。介绍了3种反极性等离子弧丝材熔积增材制造方法的基本原理和应用现状,并分别从控制系统、焊接设备、焊接材料等3大方面综合论述了等离子弧增材制造的发展现状和存在的问题,分析了反极性等离子弧增材制造的发展方向。
Negative polarity weak plasma additive manufacturing with short manufacturing cycle,low costs and high reliability has broad application prospects.Three types basic principles and application of negative polarity plasma arc wire welding additive manufacturing methods were introduced,and the development situation and problems in plasma arc additive manufacturing were discussed from the control systems,welding equipment and welding materials,respectively.The development direction of negative polarity plasma arc additive manufacturing was analyzed.
