摘要
目的:运用光纤激光焊接技术,探索一组较优参数对断裂的纯钛可摘局部义齿支架进行激光焊接修复。方法:在制备的试件上,使用YLS-3000光纤激光器(最大功率为3 000 W)和KUKA机器人作为铸件加工的执行机构,采用手工编程或自动编程方式及轮廓控制方式进行精确的轨迹插补运动,调整激光功率、扫描速度、扫描次数,通过金相组织分析及组织纤维洛氏硬度分析得到较优工艺参数。基于此参数对断裂的纯钛义齿支架进行激光焊接修复。结果:成功完成了关于纯钛可摘局部义齿支架光纤激光焊接关键技术的研究,并获得符合临床要求的纯钛义齿支架。结论:在利用光纤激光器焊接修复断裂的铸造纯钛可摘局部义齿过程中,探索合适的工艺参数对焊接区形成良好的冶金结合和提高铸件的机械性能至关重要。
Objective:To explore a set of the optimal parameters of fracture of pure titanium removable partial denture for fiber laser welding repair.Methods:We choose specimen YLS-3000 fiber laser(the maximum power 3 000W)and KUKA robot as the processing eqaipment of the casting,manual programming and contour accurately track was used for interpolation motion control,adjust the laser power,scanning speed,scanning times.And metallographic structure analysis and organization fiber Rockwell hardness analysis was performed to get the optimal process parameters at the same time on the preparation of the specimen.Then repair the pure titanium denture support with laser welding technology based on the parameters.Results:The research on the key technology of fiber laser welding of pure titanium removable partial denture was successfully completed and the pure titanium denture frame was obtained which meets the clinical requirements.Conclusion:Exploring suitable process parameters in the process of repairing fracture of casting pure titanium removable partial denture using fiber laser welding technology is critical.
