摘要
目的:从微渗漏角度探究两种脉冲的Er:YAG激光联合自酸蚀粘接剂对于窝沟封闭的影响。方法:50颗离体牙随机分为5组,每组10颗,第1组:传统磷酸蚀刻处理窝沟釉质表面;第2组:MSP(最短脉冲)模式下的激光处理窝沟釉质表面;第3组:MSP+自酸蚀粘接系统处理窝沟釉质表面;第4组:SP(短脉冲)模式下的激光处理窝沟釉质表面;第5组:SP+自酸蚀粘接系统处理窝沟釉质表面。然后对所有组进行封闭剂充填。最后用体视显微镜进行微渗漏的观察。结果:两种脉冲的激光比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组与激光组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组与激光+自酸蚀组比较,差异无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:激光脉冲对窝沟封闭微渗漏无影响,单独使用激光不能代替全酸的作用,但是联合使用自酸蚀粘接系统能达到传统方法的效果,有望应用于临床。
Objective:This study was to investigate the marginal microleakage in the fissure sealants that conditioned with two kinds of pulse Er:YAG laser combined with self-etching adhesives.Methods:In this study,50 teeth were divided into 5groups.(1)acid etching,(2)Er:YAG(MSP),(3)Er:YAG(MSP)+acid etching,(4)Er:YAG(SP),(5)Er:YAG(SP)+acid etching.All of the five groups were filled with fissure sealants.The microleakage tests were performed,observed and scored under stereomicroscope.Results:There was no difference between these two pulses groups(P0.05).The laser group had higher microleakage than the acid etching group(P0.05).There was no difference between the acid etching group and the Er:YAG laser+self-etching adhesives group.Conclusions:The pulses' differences didn't affect the amount of microleakage.Only combined with self-etching adhesives,the Er:YAG laser can make the same amount microleakage with the acid etching in the fissure sealants.There is possibility to apply this combination to the patients.
