摘要 针对一般Al-Ti中间合金中TiAl_3常以粗大长条状存在、对铝合金的细化作用较差的问题,以Al-5Ti-B合金来改善Al-4Ti中间合金组织及其变质效果。分别从Al-5Ti-B合金的用量、尺寸及Al-4Ti合金浇注温度等方面研究了加入Al-Ti-B对Al-4Ti合金组织及其变质效果的影响。结果表明:将Al-4Ti合金在1150℃时浇入铺有单屑尺寸为长25~35 mm×宽3~4 mm的Al-5Ti-B合金屑的金属铸模中,能够得到TiAl_3长度为10μm左右、呈短棒或小块状均匀分布的Al-4Ti合金;此Al-4Ti变质剂对Al-Cu合金具有良好的变质细化作用。 Aiming at the problems of long flaky TiAl_3 appearing in conventional Al-Ti master alloy and its poor grain refining effects on Al alloys, Al-5Ti-B alloy was used to improve the microstructure and modification effects of Al-4Ti master alloy. The effects of Al-5Ti-B on the microstructure and modification of Al-4Ti alloy were studied from the aspects of the quantity and size of Al-5Ti-B alloy, casting temperature of Al-4Ti master alloy. The results indicate that Al-4Ti alloy can be produced, in which TiAl_3 with the length of 10 μm in the shape of short bar or small block uniformly distributes, by casting melted Al-4Ti alloy at 1150℃ into a metal mold containing Al-5Ti-B alloy chips with the size of 25-35 mm in length and 3-4mm in width. The Al-4Ti modificator possesses good modification refinement effect on Al-Cu alloy
