摘要 基于有限元软件ANSYS Mechanical对ZTA陶瓷颗粒增强高铬铸铁基复合材料(HCCI/ZTAP)的铸造过程的热应力进行了数值模拟。运用热弹塑性模型准确描述了铸造过程中的热应力,对比了预制体中不同形状的孔所产生的热应力,预测了热裂等缺陷。结果表明,随着孔的边数增加,热应力逐渐减小。模型可以很好地预测裂纹等缺陷。 The thermal stress for high chromium cast iron matrix composite reinforced by ZTA ceramic particles(HCCI/ZTAP) during casting process was numerically simulated based on the finite element software ANSYS Mechanical. The thermal stress during casting process was accurately described by using thermo-elastic plastic model. The thermal stresses of preforms with different shape holes were compared. Hot crack defects were forecasted. The results show that the thermal stress decreases gradually with the increase of side number of the hole. The model can well predict the defect s of the crack etc.
