摘要
向石灰和萤石不同比例的脱硫剂中添加氧化铝进行铁水脱硫实验,研究了萤石含量和氧化铝含量对石灰基脱硫剂铁水脱硫的影响规律。结果表明,改变脱硫剂中萤石的含量影响脱硫剂的脱硫效果;通过改变萤石含量而改变脱硫效率。在石灰基脱硫剂中加入氧化铝可加快脱硫过程,提高石灰的利用率;当石灰基脱硫剂中添加10.0%的氧化铝时,在降低脱硫剂的情况下脱硫效率稍微增加。
Iron melt desulphurization experiment was done by adding the alumina into desulphurization agent with different ratios of lime and fluorite. Effects of fluorite content and alumina content on iron melt desulphurization of lime based desulphurization agent were investigated. The results indicate that changing the content of fluorite in the desulfurization agent affects the desulfurization effect of the desulfurization agent. The desulphurization efficiency is changed by varying the fluorite content. Adding the alumina into lime based desulphurization agent, the desulphurization process can be accelerated, and the utilization of lime also increases. When the alumina content in desulphurization agent is 10.0%, the desulphurization efficiency somewhat increases under the condition of the reducing desulphurization agent.
