摘要 浇注排溢系统是决定压铸件表面质量与内部组织状态的重要因素。以汽车干燥器阀体为研究对象,分析了结构特征。结合浇注排溢系统的设计原则,设计出初步的浇注排溢系统。利用软件Procast进行压力铸造数值模拟,并对充型过程和模拟结果进行了缺陷分析。以此为依据,进行了铸件浇注排溢系统的优化,对优化后的铸造工艺进行了模拟。结合生产实际,成功生产出满足质量要求的铸件。 The pouring-exhaust system is an important factor to decide the surface quality and internal microstructure status of the die-casting parts. Taking the automobile dryer valve body as a research object, the structure characteristic was analyzed. Combined with the design principles of the pouring-exhaust system, preliminary pouring-exhaust system was designed. Pressure casting was numerically simulated by using software Procast. And the defect analysis of the filling process and simulation results was carried out. Based on this, the casting pouring-exhaust system was optimized. The optimized casting technique was simulated. Combined with production practice, castings of meeting the quality requirements were successfully produced.
