摘要
以添加微量稀土元素Ce的洁净钢为例,研究了Ce在洁净钢中变质夹杂物的行为,并对稀土夹杂物进行了热力学理论分析和吉布斯自由能计算。研究结果表明:在低氧、低硫的钢液体系下,Ce的脱氧、脱硫效果显著,脱氧率和脱硫率分别达到了44%和40%;稀土夹杂物以Ce_2O_2S和CeAlO_3为主。
Taking clean steel with trace rare earth Ce as object, the behavior of Ce in modifying inclusions of clean steel was studied. The thermodynamics theory of rare earth inclusions were analyzed and the Gibbs free energy of the rare earth inclusions was calculated. The results show that the effect of deoxygenation and desulfurization for Ce is remarkable in low-oxygen and low sulfur steel. The rate of deoxygenation and desulfurization is 44% and 40%, respectively. Rare earth inclusions are mainly Ce_2O_2S and CeAlO_3.
