摘要
研究了建筑装饰用430(1Crl7)铁素体不锈钢手工A-TIG焊接接头的组织与力学性能。比较了不同种类的单组分和多组分活性剂对于不锈钢焊接临界熔透电流值和焊缝熔深的影响。结果表明,氧化物类活性剂表现了最优异的性能,其中Cr_2O_3可以明显降低临界熔透电流值和增加焊缝熔深。在Cr_2O_3、B_2O_3和SiO_2三种氧化物活性剂的基础上进行最优含量配比,所得活性剂可大大增加焊缝熔深,减少铁素体晶粒尺寸,提高焊缝力学性能。
The microstructure and mechanical properties of 430(1Crl7) ferritic stainless steel joint after manual A-TIG welding were studied. The effects of different types of activating fluxes on the critical penetration current vand weld penetration depth were studied. The results show that the oxide activating flux has better performance than that of halide activating flux. Among the activating fluxes, Cr_2O_3 could highly reduce the critical penetration current and increase the weld penetration depth. Based on Cr_2O_3,B_2O_3 and SiO_2, multi- activating flux, the content ratio of compound is optimized. The weld seam penetration depth increases and the ferritic grain size decreases by the obtained activating flux.Then,the mechanical properties of the weld seam improve.
