摘要
针对点焊数量、质量会改变被焊件的整体性能这一问题,利用ANSYS workbench的DM模块建立点焊模型,然后在静态结构分析系统中模拟在相同压力下,不同点焊数量时板材变形量;一定焊点数量时,在不同压力下,板材的变形量;一定拉力下,不同位置焊点失效后板材的变形量以及某一焊点失效时,在不同拉力下板材的变形量。最后通过整理数据及分析得出承受能力稳定的焊点数,相同压力下第二焊点失效时板材变形量最大,倒数第二焊点失效变形最小。
Aiming at the problem that, the quantity and quality of welding spot change the overall performance, a model of spot welding was established by DM module of ANSYS workbench, and in the static structure analysis system simulation,different numbers of spot welding plate deformation under same pressure were simulated. Under a certain number of welding spot, the plate deformation under different pressurees was simulated. The deformations of the plate failure under different positions of welding spot and a certain spot welding failure were simulated. Finally, the sustaining capacity stable spot welding numbers can be obtained by collecting and analyzing data. Under the same pressure,when the second welding spot failures, the plate deformation is the largest,when the penultimate welding spot failures, the plate deformation is minimal.
