摘要
从降低成本,提高工效的角度,分别采用了四种焊剂,对保持锈蚀状态的钢板进行了埋弧焊接工艺研究;从脱渣情况、力学性能等方面进行了考察,从而选择出对锈蚀钢板适应性较好的焊剂。
The submerged arc welding process on the corroded steel by four fluxes respectively was studied for lower cost and higher efficiency. The slag detachability, mechanical properties and so on were investigated, and finally, the adaptable flux to corroded steel was found out.
