摘要
某燃气管道工程用高频电阻焊管在现场进行投产前水压密封试验时,发生泄漏,通过宏观分析、化学分析、力学性能检测、金相观察、扫描电镜及能谱分析,对该钢管的泄漏原因进行了分析。结果表明,由于钢管焊缝中存有灰斑缺陷,导致该钢管试压时纵焊缝开裂。最后提出几点避免灰斑缺陷的建议,以供生产时参考。
HFW pipes used for gas pipeline projects before using were leaked during hydraulic seal test in worksite. The reasons for the leak of steel were analyzed by macro-examination, chemical composition analysis, mechanical test, OM, SEM and EDS analysis. The results show that because of the gray spot defects existing in weld seam, the longitudinal weld seam of the steels fractures during the hydraulic seal test. Then, some suggestions are provided to avoid the gray spot, which can be used as the references for HFW pipe production.
