三穗鸭MyoG基因多态性与屠宰性状的相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了解三穗鸭肌细胞生成素(Myogenin,MyoG)SNPs与屠宰性状的相关性,本研究以60只三穗鸭为研究对象,采用PCR结合产物直接测序技术对三穗鸭MyoG基因多态性进行检测,并进行SNPs与屠宰性状各指标的相关分析。结果表明:在MyoG基因中共发现6个SNPs:g.1 131C>T位点、g.2 186G>A位点、g.2 204G>A位点、g.2 920G>A位点、g.2 962C>T位点和g.2 977G>C位点,SNPs与屠宰性状的关联性分析表明,g.1 131C>T位点影响胸肌率,g.2204G>A位点影响体重和全净膛重。挑选与单个SNP位点有显著影响的性状进行多基因聚合(互作),结果显示,不同聚合基因型对体重和全净膛重有显著影响,对胸肌率无显著影响,试验群体中CTGA型个体的体重和全净膛重均值最小,TTGA型个体的体重和全净膛重均值最大。可推测TTGA聚合基因型具有更佳的选育效果。 To understand the relationship between single nucleotide polymorphism sites (SNPs) of Myogenin (MyoG) gene and slaughter traits in Sansui duck, a total of 60 individuals of Sansui ducks were selected to investigate in this study, direct sequencing of PCR methods was used on single nucleotide polymorphisms of Myogenin (MyoG) gene, correlation analysis between SNPs and slaughter traits was carried out. The results showed that: Six SNPs which include g. 1 131C〉T,g. 2 186G〉A,g. 2 204G〉A,g. 2 920G〉A,g. 2 962C〉T and g. 2 977G〉C were found in the Myogenin gene. The result of association of SNPs with slaughter traits showed various results were as follows: g. 1 131C〉T had significant effect on the breast muscle percentaged;g. 2 204G〉A had significant effect on the body weight and eviscerated weight. The two SNPs which had significant effect on slaughter traits were selected to analyze the multiple gene polymerizations (interaction). The result of association analysis of multiple gene showed that: different multiple genotypes had significant effect on bodyweight and Eviscerated weight, and no significant effect on breast muscle percentage. The CTGA genotype had the minimum bodyweight and Eviscerated weight than others, and TFGA had the maximum bodyweight in the multiple gene experiment group. It can concluded that the genotype of TrGA could be considered more effective in the breeding.
