摘要
代谢葡萄糖可准确地评定饲料的营养价值以及不同年龄和生理阶段的动物对葡萄糖的需要量。本研究旨在通过测定不同日粮外源代谢葡萄糖值,建立仔猪日粮外源代谢葡萄糖摄入量的估测方法。试验选择(25±2)日龄体重6~7 kg的杜×长×大三元杂交安装回肠末端"T"型瘘管断奶仔猪20头,随机分为4个处理,每个处理饲喂不同淀粉(或葡萄糖)含量的日粮。测定不同日粮的仔猪外源代谢葡萄糖水平,同时以日粮外源代谢葡萄糖含量为因变量Y,分别以日粮中淀粉、粗脂肪、粗蛋白和粗纤维含量为自变量,建立估测日粮外源代谢葡萄糖水平的多元回归公式。结果表明:4种断奶仔猪日粮的外源代谢葡萄糖水平分别为209.37、258.02、394.07 g/kg和420.19 g/kg。估测日粮外源代谢葡萄糖水平的多元回归公式为Y=-39.84+9.09X_1+10.61X_2(R^2=0.9999,X_1和X_2分别表示日粮中淀粉和粗纤维含量)。
Metabolizable glucose(MG)can evaluate the nutritional value of the feed and animals glucose requirement of different age and physiological stage. The object of this study was to establish the method for estimating piglets exogenous MG intake through determining the exogenous MG value of four kinds of diets. 20 ( Duroc ~Landrace ~ Yordshire) (25 +2)d weaned piglets with similar weight (6-7 kg) installed the T-Cannula in terminal ileum were randomly divided into four groups which were fed four different starch (or glucose) content diets . The exogenous MG levels were determined of different starch content diets conditions in piglets. The results showed that the exogenous MG levels were 209.37 g/kg, 258.02 g/kg, 394.07 g/kg and 420.19 g/kg respectively, under the condition of different piglet diets. And with dietary exogenous MG as the dependent variabley, with dietary starch, crude, protein and crude fiber content as the independent variables. We established the estimating of dietary exogenous MG level multiple regression formula Y=-39.84 +9.09X1 +10.61X2 (R2=0.9999, with dietary starch and crude fiber content as the independent variables X1 and X2).
