摘要
本试验旨在研究母猪日粮中添加共轭亚油酸(CLA)对哺乳仔猪生长性能以及脂肪沉积的影响。试验选用胎次相近、妊娠85 d的经产荣昌猪母猪30头,随机分为3个处理组:分别饲喂含0,1%和2%CLA的饲粮。试验至母猪产后第28天结束。结果表明:日粮中添加CLA,能显著提高初乳与常乳中CLA-c9,t11和CLA-t10,c12的含量(P<0.05)。对照组中出生第28天的仔猪血液中没有检测出CLA的2种异构体,而添加组中均检测出2种异构体,且2%CLA仔猪血液中CLA-t10,c12的含量显著高于1%CLA组(P<0.05)。母猪日粮中添加CLA对哺乳仔猪的初生重、断奶重以及日增重无显著影响(P>0.05)。日粮中添加1%CLA显著降低了肌内脂肪含量、背脂重和背脂率(P<0.05)。以上结果提示,母猪日粮中添加CLA对哺乳仔猪生长性能无显著影响,但母猪日粮中添加CLA能显著降低哺乳仔猪背脂和肌内脂肪的沉积。
The objective of this study was to investigate the sow on fat deposition and growth performance for sucking effect of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) added in diets of piglets. Thirty healthy Rongchang sows with similar basic situation, were randomly divided into three groups, each of group contained 0, 1% and 2% CLA, respectively. The CLA supplementation was conducted from the 85th days of pregnant until weaning (30 days after farrowing). The results showed that: the concentration of CLA-c9tll and CLA-tl0cl2 in colostral and milk of the sows fed with dietary CLA were significantly higher than those of the control group (P〈0.05). Supplementation with CLA in sow had no effects on birth weight, weaning weight (30d) and average daily gain, but had an increased trend in weaning weight when increase the levels of CLA; piglets from 1% CLA fed sows had significantly lower backfat weight and the IMF content in Longissimus dorsi (P〈0.05) than those from other group sows. The results from this study indicated that the supplementation of CLA in sow diets had no effects on growth performance, but Supplementation with 1% CLA decreased the fat deposition.
