猪精液中菌落种类的鉴定及药敏试验 被引量:2

摘要 为了进一步了解公猪精液中的菌落种类,更具针对性地添加抗菌药物,提高精液保存品质,本试验采集12份20月龄左右健康成年公猪精液,对其中的菌落种类进行鉴定分析,并对主要菌种进行药敏试验。结果表明:精液中主要分离出9种菌种,分别为细菌7种,丝状菌2种。其中,革兰氏阴性菌占66.67%,革兰氏阳性菌占11.11%,霉菌占22.22%。9种菌种对环丙沙星、复方新诺明、氯霉素以及庆大霉素等敏感性显著高于其他试验组(P<0.05)。因此,除革兰氏阴性菌外,霉菌也已成为影响猪精液的主要菌种,环丙沙星、复方新诺明、氯霉素以及庆大霉素具有抑制猪精液中细菌的生长的效果。 To further understand the species of bacterial colony in boar semen for adding antibacterial substance more pertineneely in the boar semen to improve semen quality, the strain identification and the drug sensitivity test of the main strain in the 12 portions of semen from 20 months healthy adult boars were proposed. The results showed that 9 strains of bacteria were separated, including 7 bacteria and 2 filamentous bacteria, in which 66.67% was gram- negative bacilli, 11.11% was Gram-positive bacteria and 22.22% was mould respectively. The sensitivity of the 9 strains to Ciprofloxacin, Cotrimoxazole, Chloramphenicol and Gentamicin were significantly higher than those of the other experiment groups (P〈0.05). Therefore, except the gram-negative bacilli, moulds had become one of the main bacteria which could affect the semen quality, and the four antibiotics, such as Ciprofloxacin, Cotrimoxazole, Chloramphenicol and Gentamicin could suppress colony growth.
