摘要
文章基于VAR模型为基础,运用Johansen协整检验、格兰杰因果关系检验、脉冲响应函数和方差分解方法研究高等教育投入、技术创新与经济增长三者长期动态关系。结果显示:技术创新、高等教育投入与经济增长存在长期均衡关系;滞后2期,技术创新与高等教育投入是经济增长的格兰杰原因;两者在长期内均正向促进经济增长,技术创新是经济增长的源动力,但存在一定滞后性。
With the VAR model as the basis, using Johansen co integration test, Granger causality test,impulse response function and variance decomposition method, it studied the long-term dynamic relations between technology innovation and funding of higher education investment and economic growth. The results show that there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between them.The technological innovation and higher education funding is the Granger cause of economic growth. The both in the long term were positive to promote economic growth, and technological innovation is the source motive force of the economic growth, But there is a certain lag.
