摘要
教学既是人的生活的必要准备,又是人的一种特殊的精神生活。教学作为一种精神生活,其特殊性主要体现在两个方面,即生活主体的特定性和生活本身的教育性。我们的教学世界的精神生活存在着以精神生活的物化为特征的异化现象,主要表现在两个方面:一是对物质性功利的过度追求,二是人与人之间关系的疏离。改善教学世界的精神生活,建构幸福的教学精神家园,最为关键的是要重塑教学世界中人的精神世界。一方面要着力提升师生的精神品质,另一方面要努力培育教师的人文精神。
Teaching is not only a necessary preparation for people’s life, but also a special spiritual life of people. As a spiritual life, the particularity of teaching is mainly embodied in such two aspects as the specific nature of the subject of life and the educational nature of life itself. In the spiritual life of our teaching world,there exists alienation phenomenon that is characterized by the materialization of spiritual life. The alienation phenomenon is mainly reflected in two aspects, one is the over-pursuit of material utility, and the other is the alienation of the relationship between people. To improve the spiritual life of the teaching world and construct the happy spiritual home of teaching, the most crucial is to reconstruct the spiritual life of people in the teaching world. On the one hand, the spiritual quality of teachers and students should be focused on and upgraded. On the other hand, the humanistic spirit of the teachers should be cultivated with great efforts.
