摘要
基于"一带一路"内涵和国际区域布局,分析了"一带一路"战略对大学国际交流与合作的影响,阐述了大学通过国际交流与合作服务国家"一带一路"战略的重要意义,并对大学如何在国际化战略制定、中外合作办学、孔子学院建设、国际化人才培养、引进国外智力和国际科技合作等具体国际交流与合作实践中服务"一带一路"战略提出了相应的建议。
On the basis of the meaning and regional distribution of the Belt and Road Initiative,the impacts of the Belt and Road Initiative on university international exchange and cooperation are analyzed,the significance of university serving for the national strategy of the Belt and Road through its international exchange and cooperation activities is described,and then,the detailed suggestions on how to deal with the Belt and Road Initiative in practice are proposed in terms of university internationalization planning,cross-border education,the development of Confucius Institutes,the cultivation of international talent,the introduction of foreign intelligence and international scientific and technological cooperation.
