摘要 管理体系服务功能差异性是中澳两国高校管理思想存在内在差别的根本体现,服务功能性、服务理念以及管理机制的不同点则是两国高校管理思想发展的根本特征。同时战略规划管理作为中澳高校管理重要的共性特征,在教育管理体系的阶段性规划、服务战略思想的重要性以及参与机制的强化中,都能够表达出两国高校教育管理的共同发展思维。通过两国之间内在特征差异、区别之间的有效整合,能够对两国高校教育管理思想的创新发展产生积极影响。总之,高校管理国际化发展已经成为必然趋势,立足两国之间教育管理思维的特征、优势进行积极整合,可以推动两国高校教育管理思想形成战略性创新。 The functional difference in the management system service is the fundamental embodiment of the inherent difference in management thoughts between Chinese and Australian universities,and different points in service function,service concept and management mechanism constitute the fundamental characteristics of the development of the management ideas in the two countries. At the same time,with the strategic planning management as an important common feature in Chinese and Australian college management,phased planning of the education management system,importance of the service strategy thought and strengthening of participation mechanism express the common development thinking in the two countrie'education management. The effective integration of characteristic differences between the two countries can exert a positive impact on the innovative development of the college educational management thought in the two countries. In short,the international development of the college management has become an inevitable trend. To conduct the active integration of characteristics and advantages of the education management thought in the two countries can promote the strategic innovation in college education management thought in the two countries.
