新形势下,高校辅导员科研能力提升成为加强辅导员队伍建设的必然要求。在明确高校辅导员科研提升的理念、价值及与实践的互动关系等前提下,高校辅导员要重点研究社会主义核心价值观与青年、大学生思想动态发展规律、思想政治教育世界视野与比较、辅导员队伍专业化、大学生成长热点难点等问题,并从高校主管部门和高校辅导员自身双重路径实现科研能力的提升。

Under the new situation,the scientific research ability enhancement of university counselors has become an inevitable requirement to strengthen the construction of the counselor team. On the premise of clearing the concept,value and the interaction with practice of the scientific research ability enhancement of university counselors,the university counselors should focus on the following problems： socialist core values and development law of the youth＇s and university students＇ ideological trend,world view of ideological and political education and its comparison,the university counselor team specialization,hot and difficult issues of university students＇ growth,etc. Moreover,the scientific research ability enhancement of university counselors can be realized through the dual path of the competent department of universities and university counselors themselves.
