摘要
结合大学特有的组织结构与文化精神,尝试从"能力核"和"魅力场"两个层面,探讨高校管理人员的理想人格构成。提出"魅力显性与能力隐性"原则,并阐述其在科研能力核和学术魅力场、政治能力核和德性魅力场、执行能力核与社交魅力场等三大对组关系中的具体呈现方式,分析其现实的和学理的依据。
This paper,on the bases of the unique organizational structure and cultural spirit in colleges and universities,tries to analyze the ideal personality constitution of managerial personnel in colleges and universities from two perspectives,namely,"capability nucleus"and"charm field". For this regard,this paper puts forward the principle of "charm dominance and capability recessiveness"and at the same time,elaborates its specific presentation style as well as its realistic and theoretical basis in the three group relationships,namely,the relationship between scientific research capability nucleus and academic charm field,the relationship between political capability nucleus and virtue charm field,and the relationship between the executive capability nucleus and the charm field of social contact.
