摘要
学生职业发展教育作为个体了解就业形势、认识岗位需求、获得持续发展的育人实践,在培养学生专业自觉、提升综合职业素质、助推未来职业发展等方面有着重要的引领作用和实践意义。分析学生职业发展教育在观念、师资、平台等方面存在的问题,提出达成教育共识确保育人成效,组建专兼师资团队提升教学层次,整合资源分阶段助推学生成长的对策。
As an educational practice for individuals to understand the employment situation,to know the job requirements and to acquire the sustainable development,the professional development education for students plays an important leading role in cultivating students' professional consciousness,enhancing students' comprehensive professional quality,and boosting students' future professional development. After analyzing the problems existing in the aspects of concepts,teachers,and platforms of professional development education for students,this paper attempts to put forward strategies of forming educational consensus to ensure the effectiveness of education,organizing full-time and part-time teaching teams to upgrade teaching level,and integrating resources to boost the growth of students in stages.
