摘要
作为一种高质、高效、高水平、高境界的教学,"优效教学"强调师生用最少的投入取得最优化的效果。立足教学论取向的文本翻转,构筑了有效教学和高效教学。立足技术学取向的视频翻转,能够构筑基于师生交往的"群体动力"、提升个体基于信息技术的高思维投入、构筑个体基于学习方式变革的终身学习,达到优效教学的建设目标。立足课堂翻转创设优效教学,需要相应的保障机制:从重"师"到重"生"的观念变革,从实体走向数据的思维转换,从文本到视频的行为更新。
As a kind of high quality,high efficiency,high standard and high level of teaching,excellent teaching emphasizes teachers and students to obtain the result of optimization with the least amount of inputs. The paper is based on the orientation of teaching theory,constructs the effective teaching and efficient teaching. Video flipping is based on technology orientation to attain the goal of excellent efficiency in classroom through constructed"group dynamics"based on the interaction between teachers and students,to ascend individual high thinking investment based on information technology,and to construct lifelong learning based on individual learning style changes. Creating excellent teaching based on flipped classroom needs corresponding safeguard mechanism: concept change from "teacher"to "life",transformation of thinking from entity to data,updated behavior from text to video.
