摘要
教师幸福是教师对职业生存状态的主客观感受,实现教师职业理想和职业价值是教师幸福的最高境界。教师幸福具有精神性、创造性、主体间性、共享性和内生性的特点。获得教师幸福需要教师终身学习、全心工作、真诚合作、用心创造、潜心研究。
The teachers' happiness is subjective and objective experience to their living conditions,with its highest state of realizing career aspirations and value. It owns the features of spirit,creativity,inter-subjectivity,sharing and endophytism. To obtain it,lifelong learning,work dedication,sincere cooperation,active creation and dedicated research are required.
