北部湾地区高校音乐表演专业校企合作分析

Analysis of “University(College)-Enterprise Cooperation” of Music Performing Major in Beibu Gulf Area

校企合作已经成为应用技术型高校教育的重要办学特色,而北部湾地区高校音乐表演专业人才相对较为缺乏,究其原因,主要是教学单位对校企合作在音乐表演专业教学中缺乏正确的导向和认识。音乐表演专业"校企合作"应明确合作目标、确立合作方式、开发合作项目,以拓宽校企合作更大的可能性和空间。

The＂university（ college）-enterprise cooperation＂has already become an important teaching feature of application technology university（ college）,while its music performing major is confronting the problem of lack of talents because the lack of correct guidance and understanding in teaching process. To tackle the problem,this paper mainly explores three aspects： the significance of ＂university（ college）-enterprise cooperation＂; the present situation and problem of talent training pattern; suggestions and countermeasures.
