摘要 针对CRH380B司机室风道结构复杂的特点,以其司机室为研究对象,建立了其空调送风风道和司机室的三维计算模型.利用计算流体力学数值仿真方法,采用κ-ε标准湍流计算模型和SIMPLE算法,对司机室的空调风道和内流场进行了数值模拟计算,获得了流场内流动参数的详细信息,并结合国际铁路联盟规程UIC 553-2004,对司机室的温度场和速度场进行评估.研究结果表明该头车空调通风系统设计合理,满足人体舒适性要求. Aiming at complex structure of the CRH380 B cab compartment duct,its cab compartment was studied,and three-dimensional calculation model of cab compartment and air conditioning duct was established.Numerical calculation on interior flow field of the cab compartment and its air conditioning duct was performed by using computational fluid dynamic numerical simulation method,κ- ε standard turbulence model and the SIMPLE algorithm. The detailed information of the flow parameters were obtained,and the temperature and velocity fields of the cab compartment were assessed with UIC 553- 2004. Results show that the air-conditioning ventilation system meets human comfort requirements,and the design is reasonable.
