摘要
基于Pro/E、Hypermesh和ANSYS软件建立了弧齿端齿联轴器的有限元模型,实现弧齿端齿联轴器的多软件联合仿真有限元分析,得到齿与齿之间的接触应力和弯曲应力以及端齿盘的大端和小端在加载过程中应力变化规律,并对仿真结果进行分析,为进一步优化设计端齿联轴器提供依据.
By using Pro / E,Hypermesh and ANSYS softwares,the finite element model of arc end- toothed coupling is established,and multi software co-simulation finite element analysis of arc end-toothed coupling is achieve. Contact stress and bending stress between teeth and teeth and the stress change rule of the large end and the small end in loading process are obtained,and the simulation results is analysiszed,which provides a basis for further optimization of the design end-toothed coupling.
