摘要
以机车冷却间钢结构为研究对象,进行有限元计算分析.明确了在峰值加速度下应力与变形的分布范围,确定结构最薄弱的部位为钢结构与机车底板螺栓结合处,计算结果满足强度设计标准要求.在满足许用应力的条件下,以黄金分割的思想改变螺栓的位置,达到降低结构计算应力的预期目的,最终得出优化结构模型.
Aiming at the locomotive cooling of steel structure and using finite element analysis,the distribution of stress and deformation under peak acceleration is determined,and the weakest part of the structure is the bolt junction between the steel structure and locomotive base plate. The result satisfies the requirement of strength design criteria. Under the condition of allowable stress,the position of the bolt is changed to reduce the expected stress,and the optimizing structure model is obtained.
