摘要
通过煤质化学组成和结构参数对煤尘润湿性的影响规律,进而采用多元逐步回归确定主要影响因素.结果表明:1煤质化学组成是导致煤体润湿能力存在较大差异的内在因素,固定碳含量和氧含量对煤尘润湿性的影响显著,颗粒平均孔直径和比孔容与煤尘润湿性的相关性较低;2煤尘润湿性最佳线性回归方程为y=31.471+0.825[固定碳含量]-0.631[氧含量],复相关系数R=0.871.
The correlation among coal dust wettability and chemical compositions and characteristic parameters of coal is analyzed,and the multiple stepwise regression is used to ascertain the main influencing factors. The results show that 1Different chemical compositions of the coal is the internal factor which lead to difference wettability of coal dust. The crrelation of pore size,specific pore volume of particles and wetting contact angle is not high,but the correlation tetwen fixed caron content and coal dust wettability is significant; 2The optimal regression equation of coal dust wettability is y = 31. 471 + 0. 825 [fixed carbon content]- 0. 631[oxygen content],and the complex correlation coefficient is 0. 871.
