厌氧流化床生物反应器处理模拟废水的快速启动运行研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对厌氧反应器启动慢的缺点,研究了厌氧流化床在中温条件(32±3)℃下,以颗粒活性炭为载体,通过提前在厌氧环境筛选活性污泥的方式完成反应器的快速启动,并监测了其处理模拟低浓度生活污水的效果.研究结果表明:COD平均去除率为75%,当进水COD浓度从5 500 mg/L(±200 mg/L)降至500 mg/L(±100 mg/L)时,COD去除率保持在73%~89%之间,容积产气率为50.8 m L/L·d,挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)保持在正常水平变化,反应器稳定运行. In order to complete the quick start of the reactor,the anaerobic fluidized bed was studied. Under the condition of medium temperature( 32 ± 3) ℃,granular activated carbon was selected as the carrier,and the quick start and the effect of low concentration of sewage treatment in the anaerobic environment were studied.The results show that the average removal rate of COD is 75%. When the influent COD concentration is decreased from 5 500 mg / L( ± 200 mg / L) to 500 mg / L( ± 100 mg / L),the COD removal rate is maintained at73% ~ 89%,the volatile fatty acid( VFA) is maintained at normal level,and the anti stress is stable.
