摘要
采用固相法制备Ba2+掺杂Y0.75Bi0.15Sm0.10VO4荧光粉粉末样品.用X射线衍射和荧光分光光度计对样品的结构和光学性质进行了研究.结果表明:Ba加入并没有改变样品的晶体结构,但大大提高了荧光粉的发光强度.相关机理在文中给出了解释.
Ba2+doped Y0.75 Bi0. 15 Sin0.10 gO4 were synthesized using a conventional sona-szate reaction route. X-ray diffraction and fluorescence spectrophotometer were used to investigate the effects of doping Ba2+ ions on the crystal structure and luminescence properties of the samples. The XRD results indicated that the crystal structure type of the host had not been changed by doping Bae+ ions. The photoluminescent intensity was enhanced by Ba2+-doping for Y00.75Bi0.15Sin0. 10VO4 phosphors, and the related mechanism was discussed.
