摘要
劳动和资本所有者的收益分配是一个十分重要而敏感的问题,在我国民营企业中资本分配一直占据着强势地位。随着社会的发展,构建民营企业共赢分配格局的条件正在成熟,因为社会主义初级阶段基本经济制度保障共赢;市场经济自由深化促进共赢;政府公平分配制度推动共赢;劳动者博弈能力增强实现共赢。
It is a sensitive issue of the benefit distribution of owners of labor and capital, with capital distribution as the dominant in our private enterprise. With the development of society, the condition to construct win-win distribution pattern of private enterprise is mature due to the protection of the basic economic system in the early stage of socialism; freedom and deepening of market economy propels win- win; government just distribution system promotes win- win; strengthening of game ability of laborers realizes win-win.
