摘要
保险行业的声誉是由行业内部的全部参与者和利益相关者共同营造的,因此对于保险业声誉的研究需要站在全行业的高度,从制度层面和道德层面全面维护保险行业形象,建设保险行业声誉。文章根据公共物品理论、利益相关者理论和社会责任理论,将保险行业声誉视为公共物品,由过去单纯研究保险公司声誉风险拓展为基于行业高度探究声誉风险监管的制度机制和企业社会责任的道德机制及其相互影响关系。
The reputation of the insurance industry is kept by all participants and stakeholders within the industry, hence the research on insurance reputation need to stand at the height of the whole industry to maintain the overall insurance industry's image from the system level and moral level and construct the insurance industry reputation. Based on the public goods theory, stakeholder theory and the theory of social responsibility, we regard the reputation of the insurance industry as public goods and expand the study of insurance company's reputation risk to industry-based reputation risk regulatory, as well as ethic mechanism of corporate social responsibility and their mutual influence.
