In accordance with the requirements of enterprises,the project develops a automated casting line.Firstly,the article introduces the problem of casting process and proposes the automated casting line based on the technology of low pressure fast drainage after comparing several pressure casting process.Secondly,it introduces the design of the close model and open model machine-the key equipment of the product line.Lastly,the practical application shows that the performance of the whole line.
