摘要
以竹炭和紫砂土为主要原料,通过不同成球法制备了竹炭紫砂毫/微球空气净化器。经1080℃真空烧结后,紫砂与竹炭结合良好。采用BET和SEM分析,可见竹炭孔隙结构完整保留,孔径大致在1~5 nm,比表面积S_g=1078.5m^2/g。以NH_3、H_2S和CH-_2O为目标物,考察样品吸附性能,样品对它们净化率分别为92.6%、94.3%、87.7%。
An air cleaner device composed by the millimeter/micron bamboo charcoal cage hollow Zisha pottery sphere through different balling methods.The results indicated that zisha pottery was combined well with bamboo charcoal by vacuum sintering at 1080 ℃.The pore structure of bamboo charcoal was perfectly reserved and its pore size is about 1 ~ 5 nm,the specific surface Sg=1078.5m~2/g,which were characterized by BET and SEM.The adsorption properties of samples for formaldehyde,hydrogen sulfide,ammonia were investigated and their removal rate was 92.6%,94.3% and 87.7% respectively.
