摘要
目的探讨部队医院重症医学科护理人员职业认同感现况及其与工作压力源、工作倦怠、护士留职意愿之间的关系,以期为重症医学科护理管理人员采取措施提高护士职业认同水平提供理论依据。方法方便抽样选取5所部队三级甲等医院重症医学科护理人员90例为研究对象,采用一般资料调查量表、职业认同表、工作压力源表、工作疲溃感量表及留职意愿调查表对其进行调查分析。结果军队医院重症医学科护理人员职业认同属中等水平,其中职业认知得分最高,职业自我反思最低。职业认同量表总分分别与低个人成就感、留职意愿呈正相关(P<0.05或P<0.01);与工作压力源总分、护理专业及工作、工作量及时间、患者护理、管理及人际关系呈负相关(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论重症医学科护理管理人员可以通过采取改进管理方式、协调优化护士人际关系、帮助护士职业规划等措施提高护士的成就感,从而增强其职业认同感。
Objective To discuss the current status of ICU nurses' professional identity and correlation- ship with work pressure resource, job burnout and nurses' intention, in order to provide theoretical basis for nursing managers in ICU to take targeted countermeasures to increase nurses' professional identity. Methods By convenience sampling, 90 cases were selected and investigated by general scale, occupation identification scale, scale of work stress, job burnout scale and turnover intention questionnaire. Results ICU nurses' professional identity in military hospitals was in the medium level, in which the professional identity scored the highest, and the professional self-reflection scored the lowest.The total score of profes- sional identity was positively correlated with low personal achievement and turnover intension (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01), while negatively correlated with the total score of work pressure resources, nursing profession and work, workload and time, patients nursing, management and interpersonal relationship (P 〈0.05 or P〈0.01). Conclusions ICU nursing managers can improve nurses' sense of achievement, thus to enhance their occupation identity by changing managerial pattern, coordinating and optimizing nurses' interperson- al relationship and helping them to plan their career.
