辩证取穴耳压法在失眠症中的规范化应用

Standardized Application of Dialectical Auricular Point Sticking Method in Insomnia Treatment

目的 探讨辩证取穴耳压法对失眠症的治疗效果,并对穴位进行有效筛选,组成高效处方,优化治疗方案,进一步规范耳压技术。方法 便利抽样选择2013年10月至2014年12月江苏省中医院住院患者100例,随机分为辩证取穴组、常规取穴组各50例。常规取穴组选用基本穴位,辩证取穴组每次选基本穴位3～5个,再根据临床证型辩证选穴2~3个,组成穴位配方,30d后对两组患者匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表（Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI）评分和总体疗效进行评价。结果辩证取穴组在PSQI评分、总体疗效方面均优于常规取穴组,差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）。结论 辩证取穴耳压法对患者睡眠改善的效果明显优于常规取穴,值得临床进一步推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of dialectical auricular point sticking method in insomnia treatment, and select effective auricular points, composite efficient formulation to optimize the method of treatment and fur- ther standardize the auricular point sticking technology. Methods By convenience sampling, 100 cases were select- ed and equally divided into basic points and dialectical acupoint group. The conventional acupoint group was applied with the basic acupoint, while the dialectical acupoint group received 3--5 basic points and 2--3 acupoints accord- ing to the clinical syndrome. The Pittsburgh sleep quality index （PSQI） and overall effect of both groups after 30 days of treatment were evaluated.Results The PSQI score and overall effect in dialectical acupoint group were better than conventional acupoint group （all P 〈0.05）.Conclusions The dialectical auricular point sticking method has good effect on insomnia treatment, and it is worth to be further popularized.
