香椿叶提取物挥发性成分的GC-MS分析

Analysis of Volatile Components in Toona sinensis Leaves by GC-MS

采用超声辅助萃取法提取香椿叶挥发成分,经气相色谱-质谱联用仪对提取物挥发性成分进行分离和鉴定,确认了其中的73种化合物,占挥发油总量的66.95%,并用面积归一法测定了各成分的质量分数,其主要化合物为花生四烯酸乙酯(6.98%)、苯并噻唑(4.6%)、十五烷酸甲酯(4.28%)、正二十一烷(3.59%)、β-石竹烯(3.15%)、苯甲酸己酯(2.87%)、邻苯二甲酸丁辛酯(2.86%)、柠檬烯(2.24%)、二十七烷(1.77%)、棕榈酸(1.63%)等。

The volatile components of Toona sinensis leaves are extracted by ultrasonic-assisted extraction method and its chemical composition is isolated and identified by GC-MS,and 73 kinds of compounds are identified,amounting to 66.95% of the total separated volatile compounds.The relative content of each constitute is determined by area normalizing method.The main volatile compounds include arachidonic acid ethyl ester（6.98%）,benzothiazole（4.6%）,pentadecanoic acid methyl ester（4.28%）,n-heneicosane（3.59%）,β-caryophyllen（3.15%）,benzoic acid hexylester（2.87%）,1,2-benzenedicarboxylic acid butyl octyl ester（2.86%）,limonene（2.24%）,heptacosane（1.77%）,n-hexadecanoic acid（1.63%）,etc.
