Triton X-100对人参发根皂苷分泌和合成的影响

Effects of Triton X-100 on ginsenoside secretion and biosynthesis in Panax ginseng hairy roots

摘要 研究了促渗透剂Triton X-100对人参发根皂苷分泌的影响,结果表明:质量分数为2%的Triton X-100可以有效促进人参皂苷的分泌,同时也能增强发根人参皂苷的生物合成量。此外,在Triton X-100作用下,人参皂苷生物合成关键酶基因达玛烯二醇合成酶基因的表达得到了增强。 The effects of the penetrant Triton X-100 on the secretion of ginsenosides in Panax ginseng hairy roots were studied.Results show that Triton X-100 can effectively promote the secretion of ginsenosides and enhance the biosynthesis of ginsenosides in the hairy root.Moreover,under the presence of Triton X-100,the expression of dammarenediol synthase gene,the key gene in ginsenoside biosynthesis,is also elevated.
