基于档案知识库的档案知识服务研究

档案知识库中档案知识的表示和组织是其为用户提供档案知识服务的基础和前提,本文界定了基本概念,分析了不同的知识表示和组织方法,提出基于本体的档案知识表示和组织是档案知识库知识处理的最佳选择。进而构建了基于档案知识库的档案知识服务模型,提出了档案知识服务的种类和功能,认为档案知识检索是档案知识库提供档案知识服务的主要手段,最后设计了档案知识检索系统并将基于本体的知识网络确立为其检索结果的呈现形式。

The representation and organization of archives knowledge in the archives knowledge base is the basis and premise of providing the users with the archives knowledge service.This paper defines the basic concepts,analyzes different knowledge representation and organization methods, and puts forward that the archives knowledge representation and organization based on ontology is the best choice for the archives knowledge processing.Then,the model of archives knowledge service based on archives knowledge base is constructed, and the types and functions of archives knowledge service are put forward,knowledge retrieval is considered to be the main method to provide archives knowledge service.Finally, the archives knowledge retrieval system is designed and the knowledge network based on ontology is established to be the presentation of its retrieval results form.
