中西医结合治疗小儿喘息型肺炎的临床观察与护理

Clinical observation and nursing care of asthmatic pneumonia children treated with integrated TCM and western medicine

目的对中西医结合治疗小儿喘息型肺炎的临床疗效及护理效果予以探讨并分析。方法随机选取我院自2013年2月~2014年2月期间收治的喘息性肺炎患儿共200例作为本次研究对象,按照患儿入院的先后顺序,经过患儿监护人知情同意及伦理委员会通过后,将其随机均分成两组,观察组中100例患儿,对照组中100例患儿,其中对照组的患儿采用常规西医治疗和常规护理干预;观察组患儿在西医治疗的基础上加中医治疗并采用综合护理干预,对两组患儿采用不同治疗方式及不同护理方式的临床效果进行探讨。结果两组患儿接受不同治疗和不同护理干预后,观察组患儿在退热时间、肺啰音消失时间、咳嗽消失时间以及平均治疗疗程方面显著优于对照组患儿,组间具有明显差异,且组间差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,观察组患儿的治疗总有效率为98%,显著高于对照组患儿的80%,组间具有明显差异,且差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组患儿的护理满意度为98%显著高于对照组患儿的76%,组间具有明显差异,且差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在为喘息型肺炎患儿进行临床治疗时,采用中西医结合的治疗方法和综合护理干预,疗效显著,安全可靠,明显提高了临床治疗总有效率,缩短了患儿的治疗时间,加速康复且无任何不良反应,是喘息型肺炎患儿的一种值得推广的治疗方法。

Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect of integrated TCM and western medicine in the treatment of children with asthmatic pneumonia. Methods 200 asthmatic pneumonia children who were in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2014 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with permission of the guardians and ethics committee, 100 cases in each group. The control group received conventional western medicine and routine nursing care, the observation group received TCM treatment and comprehensive nursing care based on routine western medicine. The clinical effect of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results After treatment, in the observation group, the defervescence time, pulmonary rales disappear time, cough disappearance time, and average cure time were earlier or shorter than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）, the total effective rate was 98%, which was obviously higher than the 80% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, the nursing care satisfaction rate was 98%, which was obviously higher than the 76% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination of TCM, western medicine, and comprehensive nursing care is safe and effective in the treatment of children with asthmatic pneumonia, which improves the total clinical effective rate, shortens the time of therapy, accelerates the recovery, and has no untoward reactions. It is worthy of clinical promotion in the treatment of children with asthmatic pneumonia.
